Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book mobile auto repair with BG Automotive ("we," "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to them.

Appointment times are reserved once booked and may be confirmed or adjusted by our team. Please make sure the vehicle is available and we have safe, legal access to work at the service location you give us.

We provide an estimate before work begins. If we find additional needed work, we'll ask before going ahead. Depending on the cost of the parts needed, some repairs may require a parts deposit before parts are ordered.

Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise. Invoices can be paid by card through our secure payment link, or by other methods we accept. Unpaid invoices past their due date are marked overdue.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle may not be refundable.

Repairs are covered by our parts and labor warranty. See our warranty page for details. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or work done by others.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
